Access to and use of the Website, or any of its associated Products or Services, is provided by A Generator Story. These Terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, content, and services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of Services, immediately.

(b) These Terms & Conditions are subject to change, with or without notice to you, at our sole discretion. The Terms & Conditions applicable to your access to and use of this website will be the version that is current and displayed on the website as at each date you access the website. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication. Every time you use this site, please consult these Terms to ensure that you are aware of and understand the conditions of a contractual engagement.
 

Use of Website & Eligibility
(a)To be eligible to use this site and enter any legal contracts you must fit the eligibility criteria.
A Generator Story services are not available to:

-Those who cannot enter into binding contracts.

If you are under 18, you may only use the Website in conjunction with, and under the supervision and consent of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, you must not use our Website. If you do not qualify, you may not use the service provided by A Generator Story or the site.

(a)We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
 

(b)We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Bookings
By booking a service, you agree:
-to provide accurate information
-to attend at the scheduled time
-to access the session via the correct platform (Zoom, etc.)

Payments
(a)Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payment may be processed through third-party platforms such as:
-Stripe
-PayPal
-Wix Payments
 

(b) In using the Website, the Services, the Products or when making any payment in relation to your use of the Services and Products, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Stripe, PayPal and Wix Payment terms and conditions which are available on their website.

(c) Following payment of the Purchase Price and Service Fee being confirmed by A Generator Story, you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and A Generator Story may record your purchase details for future use.
 
(d) You acknowledge and agree that where a request for the payment of the Services Fee or Purchase Price is returned or denied, for whatever reason, by your financial institution or is unpaid by you for any other reason, then you are liable for any costs, including banking fees and charges, associated with the Services Fee.
 
(e) You agree and acknowledge that A Generator Story can vary the Services Fee or Purchase Price at any time.

Currency
All prices listed on our website are in AUD unless otherwise indicated.

 

Registration to use the Services and Products 
(a) In order to access the Services and Products, you may be required to first register as a user of the Website (the 'Account').
 
(b) As part of the registration process, or as part of your continued use of the Services and Products, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself (such as identification or contact details), including:

(c) You warrant that any information you give to A Generator Story in the course of completing the registration process will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

Your obligations as a Member
(a) As a Member, you agree to comply with the following:

(i) you will use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by:

-any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions;
 

(ii) you have the sole responsibility for protecting the confidentiality of your password and/or email address. Use of your password by any other person may result in the immediate cancellation of the Services;

(iii) any use of your registration information by any other person, or third parties, is strictly prohibited. You agree to immediately notify A Generator Story of any unauthorised use of your password or email address or any breach of security of which you have become aware;

(iv) access and use of the Website is limited, non-transferable and allows for the sole use of the Website by you for the purposes of A Generator Story providing the Services;

(v) you will not use the Services, Products or the Website in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by the management of A Generator Story;

(vi) you will not use the Services or Website for any illegal and/or unauthorised use which includes collecting email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorised framing of or linking to the Website;

(vii) you agree that commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from the Website without notice and may result in termination of the Services. Appropriate legal action will be taken by A Generator Story for any illegal or unauthorised use of the Website; and

(viii) you acknowledge and agree that any automated use of the Website or its Services is prohibited.
 

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
(a) Cancellations by You
-Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled.
-Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time, are not eligible for a refund. The session will be forfeited and the full payment retained.
-No-shows are non-refundable.

(b) Refunds

Because readings  involve significant preparation and personalised care,

and digital goods involve time, energy, and instant delivery, all sales are final, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise. By using and/or purchasing any of our Products or Services, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
 

(c) Cancellations by A Generator Story
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule readings, events, or workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be offered:
-a rescheduled time, or
-a full refund (if you prefer)

(d) A Generator Story may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of non-digital Products within 7 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.
 

Digital Products
Digital products (PDFs, guides, downloads, etc.):
-are non-refundable
-are for personal use only
-may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, or posted online
-remain the intellectual property of A Generator Story
 

Physical Products (if applicable)
If physical items are offered:
-shipping times may vary
-we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
-damaged or faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.

(d) A Generator Story may at any time, terminate the Terms with you if: 
-you have breached any provision of the Terms or intend to breach any provision;
-A Generator Story is required to do so by law; 
-A Generator Story is transitioning to no longer providing the Products or Services to Users in the country in which you are resident or from which you use the service; or
-the provision of the Services to you by A Generator Story is, in the opinion of A Generator Story, no longer commercially viable.

(e) Subject to local applicable laws, A Generator Story reserves the right to discontinue or cancel your membership at any time and may suspend or deny, in its sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the Website or the Services without notice if you breach any provision of the Terms or any applicable law or if your conduct impacts A Generator Story's name or reputation or violates the rights of those of another party.

(f) When the Terms come to an end, all of the legal rights, obligations and liabilities that you and A Generator Story have benefited from, been subject to (or which have accrued over time whilst the Terms have been in force) or which are expressed to continue indefinitely, shall be unaffected by this cessation, and the provisions of this clause shall continue to apply to such rights, obligations and liabilities indefinitely.

(a) You agree to indemnify A Generator Story, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers and licensors from and against:
-all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and damage (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) incurred, suffered or arising out of or in connection with Your Content;
